The Bowdega account deletion webpage is intended to provide a publicly accessible method for requesting account and associated data deletion.
After receiving and verifying a deletion request, Bowdega will delete or de-identify personal information associated with the account, subject to information we need to retain for legitimate legal, regulatory, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or recordkeeping purposes.
If information must be retained after an account deletion request, we will retain the information only for the applicable purpose and for the period required or permitted by law.
Temporary account deactivation does not constitute account deletion.

IX. APPLE APP STORE USERS
The Bowdega iOS App is distributed through the Apple App Store.
The Bowdega iOS App is intended for adults age 21 and older.
Features available through the iOS App are subject to applicable laws, age requirements, geographic restrictions, and Apple App Store requirements.
Where cannabis-related functionality is legally available through the Bowdega iOS App, such functionality is subject to applicable licensing, age-verification, legal, and geographic requirements.
Users who create an account through the Bowdega iOS App may initiate account deletion through the App.
Device permissions associated with location, notifications, and other features may be managed through your Apple device settings.
X. GOOGLE PLAY USERS
The Bowdega Android App is distributed through Google Play.
The Bowdega Android App is intended for adults age 21 and older and provides informational, promotional, location, account, and loyalty-related functionality.
The Bowdega Android App does not facilitate cannabis sales.
The Bowdega Android App does not process payments for cannabis products.
The Bowdega Android App does not facilitate cannabis delivery or shipment.
The Bowdega Android App does not complete cannabis purchases through an in-app shopping cart or checkout process.
No cannabis transaction is completed within the Bowdega Android App.
Users who create a Bowdega account may initiate account deletion through the App or through Bowdega’s public account deletion webpage.
Device permissions associated with location, notifications, and other features may be managed through your Android device settings.
XI. LINKS TO OTHER WEBSITES AND SERVICES
The Bowdega Site or App may provide links to websites, applications, or services operated by third parties.
Bowdega does not control independently operated third-party websites or services and is not responsible for their privacy practices or content.

XII. CANNABIS-RELATED SERVICES
Bowdega operates in Michigan and provides cannabis-related information and services intended for adults age 21 and older.
Cannabis-related services are subject to applicable laws, regulations, licensing requirements, age restrictions, geographic restrictions, and applicable mobile platform requirements.
The Bowdega Android App distributed through Google Play does not facilitate cannabis transactions.
Nothing provided through the Bowdega App constitutes medical advice.
